Kingston Bar opened for business in 2003 and has since been operated by a close associate of Mr.Samuel Freeman, president of Freeman Labor Force Japan Co.Ltd. Under the new management agreement, Kingston Bar is being re-made to better entertain its members to this international community. 

"I want to take this chance to say thanks to all Kingston Bar customers and reggae-music lovers in Japan who have helped keep Kingston Bar alive and in business. 

Padi's Tokyo, it's the place where Japanese and foreigners can make friends and exchange culture through music. We want people to mingle together and make some connection. We're sure that you will feel natually at ease, enjoy music and African food once you enter.
